Getting ready in the morning

Getting ready stress-free is key for a great wedding. The main preparation room is conveniently near the main barn and easily accessible yet nicely hidden from the view of the guests where you and your wedding party can get ready comfortably. There are also 8 self-catered rooms on site for overnight stays and more preparations in the morning.

Outside ceremonies at Hillfields Farm

There’s nothing quite like saying ‘yes’ outdoors on a stunning spring afternoon, shaded by lovely trees and with a view of Berkshire’s rolling hills.

Wedding ceremonies can be held indoors too and still have plenty of light and space around you.

Wedding breakfast & speeches

The barn is such a cozy and charming spot, perfect for your wedding breakfast and speeches. With its warm and rustic feel, it sets the stage for an elegant celebration. They will accommodate about 120 people for a more formal meal. This will allow enough space for waitresses to serve guests and enough space on the tables. For the evening party, you can have up to 150 guests!

Portraits on the grounds

While your guests are having some coffee and tea the team will work hard to arrange the party floor to start the night. This time is a fantastic opportunity to head out with your photographer and capture some incredible portraits on locations like the cottage gardens, ivy archways and wisteria walkways. Oh, and don’t forget the fields surrounding the venue!

Evening party

The main barn will provide an amazing space for all your guests, DJ or music band. You can also set up some evening buffet whether is hot food or a cheese platter.
